Refund & Return Policy

At Avjentic Lifestyle LLP, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. We pack every order with extreme care to ensure it reaches you safely. However, as perfumes are personal care products, we have a strict policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. General Return Policy (Hygiene Standard)

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference.

  • Once a bottle is opened, the seal is broken, or the spray nozzle is used, it cannot be resold.
  • We cannot accept returns if you simply “do not like the scent.” We highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Sets / Testersfirst if you are unsure about a fragrance.
  • Non-Returnable Items:Attars, loose oils, and open/used perfume bottles.
  1. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, a leaking bottle, or the wrong item, we will happily provide a free replacement.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: To claim a replacement for damage or missing items, you must provide an Unboxing Video.

Guidelines for a Valid Unboxing Video:

  1. The video must be uncut and unedited.
  2. It must show the package label clearly before opening.
  3. It must show the opening of the seal and the condition of the products inside.
  4. If the bottle is broken or leaking, it must be clearly shown in the video.

Please Note: Without an unboxing video, we cannot process claims for damaged, missing, or empty items. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent fraudulent claims.

How to Report an Issue:

  • Reporting Time:You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  1. Order Cancellations
  • Before Dispatch:You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.
  • After Dispatch:Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery at the doorstep, a Return-to-Origin (RTO) fee may be deducted from your refund.
  1. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Order cancellation before dispatch.
  2. Package lost in transit (confirmed by courier partner).
  3. Defective product where a replacement is not available.

Refund Timeline:

  • Prepaid Orders:Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 3 to 5 business days.
  • COD Orders:You will be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your details.
