At Avjentic Lifestyle LLP, we strive to deliver your fragrances safely. Since perfumes are delicate and liquid-based products, we partner with specialized courier services to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  1. Order Processing Time
    • Dispatch:We take 3 to 5 business days to process, pack, and dispatch your order from our warehouse.
    • Weekends/Holidays:Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  1. Shipping Timelines

Once your order has been dispatched (after the 3-5 day processing window), the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities:3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India:5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote/J&K/North East:7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

Note: Since perfumes are classified as liquid goods, shipments travel via surface transport for safety, which may take slightly longer than standard air mail.

  1. Shipping Charges & Payment Modes
  • Prepaid Orders:
  • Free Shipping:We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹2,999/-.
  • Standard Shipping:For orders below ₹2,999/-, a flat shipping fee of ₹100/-
    • Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available.We accept only prepaid orders via secure payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking).
  1. Order Tracking
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking IDand a link via Email and SMS.
    • You can use this link to track the live status of your package.
  1. International Shipping

Currently, Avjentic Lifestyle LLP ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. Incomplete/Incorrect Address

Please ensure you provide a complete address (including House Number, Street, and Pin Code) and a valid phone number. Avjentic Lifestyle LLP is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or if the customer is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.

  1. Damaged or Lost Packages
  • If your package is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the package arrives damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policyand provide an unboxing video within 48 hours.
